The Short Sleeve Aero Race Jersey is cut aggressively and designed to disappear on the body. Every panel, seam, and fabric choice is focused on reducing drag and holding shape at race pace. The fit is unapologetically tight. If you want relaxed, this is not it.

Aero trip-line sleeves smooth airflow over the arms, while the low-profile collar and hidden zipper keep the front clean and uninterrupted. The fabric delivers high compression without restricting movement, locking everything in place when the effort goes up.

This garment is custom made for you and typically ships in about four to six weeks. Some orders may take a little longer depending on the process. We take the time to get the craftsmanship right, and that level of quality is worth the extra time.

All of our gear is custom and made to order. We do not keep inventory or spare pieces, so we cannot return or exchange items once they are produced. Every piece is created from scratch for your project, which means sizing must be fully confirmed before production begins.

If you need a different size after your order arrives, we offer a Size Rebuy Option. You can purchase a new piece in the size you want at a discounted rate. You keep the original item, since custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. This is a new production run at a reduced cost, not a replacement.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We prototyped dozens of identical bibs with our new pattern, each with a different high-end pad, to find the most comfortable option.

One pad was a clear winner: the Paris HP from Elastic Interface. Surprisingly thin for a pad created for all-day events, the pad's secret is its ultra-high density inserts in the perineal and ischiatic areas that make it perfect for all roads and even the most demanding events.

In English: that means the more pressure you put on it, the more resistance it gives without bottoming out, like a good mattress.

If you are between sizes or prefer a less aggressive fit, sizing up is recommended.
