This is the long sleeve you reach for when summer is done and winter has not fully taken over. Built with a brushed-backed fleece interior, it delivers warmth without bulk and stays breathable when the pace rises. Ideal for autumn, early winter, and cool days where smart layering matters.

Designed to work perfectly with a base layer, wind vest, or light jacket, this jersey adapts as conditions change. It keeps the chill off on its own and becomes a reliable mid-layer when temperatures drop further.

MADE-TO-ORDER FAQ

TIMELINE - How long does it take?

If you are expecting something to show up in a couple days like it magically teleported from a warehouse, that is not how this world works. Every piece is made from scratch. Panels cut. Fabrics prepped. Colors matched. Stitching done by humans who care about what they are making.

Typical production is 4–6 weeks. If you ever got “super fast” custom kit from somewhere else, chances are they rushed it, skipped steps, or let a stitch slide. That is not how we operate. If you want old world quality, you need to give it old world patience.

Think of it like this. This is not a drive thru where the burger was cooked two hours ago and kept warm under a lamp. This is the chef cooking your order. Fresh. Proper. Done right.

Great kit takes time. When it is finished, it is worth the wait.

MINIMUMS - How many to start a custom order.

We try and keep the custom process as simple as possible.

  • 10 Primary Pieces to start an order
  • Mix and match between sizes and genders
  • Discounts start at 30 total combined pieces
DESIGN - You bring the vibe, we make it wearable.

If you have a full vision, great. If you have nothing but a mood, a color you saw on a subway tile, or a blurry photo from a race in 2013, also great. Send it. We can build the whole kit from whatever you give us. We clean it up, make it production ready, and make sure it actually looks intentional on the bike.

Just remember, we make kit, not museum art, so keep the ten rounds of tiny logo moves to a minimum. Bring the idea. We will handle the design.

BULK ORDER OR ORDER HUB - Pick Your Order Method

You can order your custom gear in the way that fits your crew best. If one person is running the whole project, a Bulk Order keeps everything clean and efficient. You collect sizes, quantities, and artwork, send it our way, and we take it from there. One order, one payment, one shipment. Simple and organized.

If your team prefers to handle their own sizes and checkout, we set up a private Order Hub where everyone can log in, choose their gear, and place their own order. No fuss, no chaos, just a smooth path from selection to production.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Everything we make is custom and built to order, which means we cannot offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges. We do not keep inventory or spare pieces, and every item is made from scratch for your project. Please double check your sizing before placing an order.

If you need a different size after your order arrives, we offer a Size Rebuy Option. You can purchase a new piece at a discounted rate, and you keep the original. This is a fresh production run, not a replacement.

Contact us for details and pricing.

SHIPPING - Where and how much?

We currently ship within the USA. If you live outside the country, reach out and we can arrange a solution for your order. Shipping rates are calculated at based on your location and what you are ordering, whether it is through the Order Hub or a single manager order.

We use selected USPS and UPS services that have proven to be the best options from experience. You will always see the shipping price before you purchase, with no surprises.

Why order from B&C?

We are a small NYC crew of bike people who have been riding, racing, crashing, fixing, and obsessing over bikes for longer than most riders have been clipping into pedals. Our background runs deep in the custom cycling clothing world. Design, production, fit, materials, the whole ecosystem. This is not a hobby. This is what we do.

Between all of us, we have shaped kits for teams, clubs, shops, events, weeknight warriors, and riders who live for that final lap bell. If you have been around the criterium scene for a while, there is a good chance you have already worn something we designed, made, or quietly helped bring to life. Our fingerprints are all over this industry, even when our names are not.

We come from design rooms, race start lines, service courses, and the back-end operations that make good gear show up where it belongs. We know what works, we know what fails, and we know how to build clothing that holds up when the pace goes from calm to chaos.

If you already know us, then you know the level of detail and care we bring. If you do not, you probably should. Reach out and say hello. You might end up riding in better gear than you expected.

Supply Chain & Manufacture

Our headquarters in New York City is where everything begins. This is the home base for design, artwork development, color approval, customer support, and full project management. NYC is not just where we work, it shapes how we work. It is the fashion capital of the world and one of the most influential cycling centers anywhere. Fast laps in the park, long rides out of the city, late night crits, early morning training crews, and a design culture that never sleeps. The ideas, the refinement, the style, and the attitude all come from here.

Production takes place in Tuscany, with our primary Italian partner who recently celebrated 50 years of making high performance cycling apparel. They have been crafting gear at a professional level longer than most riders have been clipping in. Their pattern work, fabric knowledge, and attention to detail are the reason we trust them with every piece.

We also source select specialty items in the USA when a project calls for specific materials or a tighter turnaround.

Think of it as a focused workflow:

New York City handles design, development, communication, and oversight, driven by one of the world’s top fashion and cycling cultures.

Tuscany handles world class production backed by fifty years of expertise.

Wherever your gear moves through the process, the standard stays the same. High quality, precise construction, and zero shortcuts.

Slow Fashion

Good Things take time. Fashion industry wisdom dictates that great things come to those who wait. Despite advancements in fabric technology, the finest sportswear is meticulously made in small batches using traditional methods, prioritizing quality over quantity.

Small Batch

Made with care. Produced in a small family run factory in Tuscany with over fifty years of experience. They combine classic craftsmanship with modern testing and precise construction, ensuring every piece is built to last through real miles and real conditions.

Tuscan Craftsmanship

Nestled in the Medieval foothills of Tuscany, our Italian partners' factory stands strong. Founded by friends Vincenzo and Franco over forty years ago, it remains family-owned with two generations of craftsmen.
