SHIPPING
- Your order is shipped by the method determined by person responsible for the managing the custom order.
- This includes bulk to the manager, individually packaged but shipped bulk to the manager, and direct to you.
- Using any method, shipping rates are calculated on checkout in the online order system.
- Please keep in mind, shipping is not CHEAP! Each year there are price increases and we do our best to tto keep the costs reasonable, but its super hard!
TRACKING
- Tracking information will be sent once your order is processed.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
- What you should do when the tracking information says delivered but you haven’t received your package.
- Sometimes USPS, UPS and other carriers we use mistakenly mark an item delivered or they deliver it to your neighbor by mistake. Check your neighbors then give it a day or two, the carrier usually corrects the issue shortly after.
- Contact your local post office or mail carrier with the tracking number provided. The package could be undeliverable and is at the Post Office. For International orders please provide the tracking number to your respective carrier. You can visit your respective carriers website with the tracking number we provided to get more information on your package.

- Wash whites and dark colors separately in cold water.
- Wash inside out and zipped up.
- Do not tumble dry. Hang and dry instead.
- Do not bleach, dry clean or iron.
- Do not use softeners, washing powders and avoid big commercial detergents.
- Do use enzyme-free detergents like Seventh Generation, Trader Joes or LeBlanc.

Elastic Interface Long Distance Chamois - Paris HP
We prototyped dozens of identical bibs with our new pattern, each with a different high-end pad, to find the most comfortable option.
One pad was a clear winner: the Paris HP from Elastic Interface. Surprisingly thin for a pad created for all-day events, the pad's secret is its ultra-high density inserts in the perineal and ischiatic areas that make it perfect for all roads and even the most demanding events.
In English: that means the more pressure you put on it, the more resistance it gives without bottoming out, like a good mattress.
